The UDL Guidelines, version 3.0
CAST’s framework for designing lessons that work for the whole class from the start. Version 3.0, released in July 2024, shifted the goal from “expert learners” to learner agency and added identity and bias as part of learner variability. This is the framework behind most of what I do.
